9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for the purpose of litigating any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of xylans.com.
